The restoration project of Ada e Augusto was born from the meeting of three people, who today, are 3 friends at the base of the gourmet restaurant on the outskirts of Milan. The Guzzafame farmhouse, is a location where Francesca Monti, with the help of Takeshi Iwai and Mariagiulia, decided to realise their dreams of a sustainable gourmet restaurant.
